Seems like a pretty buggy mission. In the beginning, the thief I was meant to chase fell in the water after being semi-alerted to me right in front of the mansion he was supposed to enter. He doesn't seem to die, but I bet I can't get a gemstone when this guy has it in his hands the entire mission.

The Cinder Notes just feels smoother to play. Though the level is smaller, it contains more pathways to reach various parts of the mission. The mission is easier, but just feels more fun compared to Ashen Age. A highlight is the abandoned Hammerite Seminary.

The Turning of the Leaves is a forest mission, a rarity in the Thief mission scene. The forest area isn't too big, which prevents feelings of repetition from occurring.
