A heist in bright daylight:
Missions by this author are always full of imaginative new ideas and experimental features. This one is no exception. It's an admirable attempt, and a clever story with some really nice touches, but falls flat in other areas.

Flawed mission with some nice touches:
I found it hard to give this map a rating. On one hand, it suffers from oversized and underdetailed architecture and some very irritating sound choices. On the other, parts of it look amazing- the approach to the fortress still holds up well today, what a view!- and there are some very, very fun stealth bits that lift the map above mediocrity.
The major downside to this mission is the ambient music, which is both deafeningly loud and annoying. Additionally, there are occasional instances ...,

Another enjoyable small mission.:
Another enjoyable small mission. This one has our thiefy friend out to infiltrate a breakaway faction of thieves and assassinate their leader.
You approach the compound via the City streets, dodging the City Watch along the way. This is not so easy because the Watch guys have torches and cover is not plentiful, though there are a few interesting houses and side alleys here and there.

What do you think about adding a "tutorial" category for missions? This would be used for gameplay lessons like the Dark Mod Training Mission (https://www.thiefguild.com/fanmissions/2269/the-dark-mod-training-mission) or for missions attached to mapping tutorials, for example The Bakery Job (https://www.thiefguild.com/fanmissions/7142/the-bakery-job). Nice bite-size mansion heist:
This is a mission I've played many times, because it's just fun. Set in and around a smallish mansion, the mission has you sneak in, find the nobleman's secret stash, and sneak out again. It's nothing spectacular, but hunting for the treasure is an interesting puzzle without becoming tedious.
There's numerous ways in and out of the house, so it has replay value, and the AIs keep you on your toes. This mission is well worth playing.,

Excellent warehouse heist:
A shortish mission taking place in and around a dockside warehouse, Too Late remains one of the best examples of a warehouse heist the Dark Mod has to offer. With lots of cleverly hidden loot, well-constructed guard patrols, and nice side areas to explore, this mission is just plain fun.

This mission is very large, intricate, and built with very admirable attention to detail for its time. Unfortunately, it isn't any fun to play.

Simple but fun:
This is a short mission in which you have to infiltrate the mansion of a former associate and rob him blind. It's not a big mission, the architecture is in places nonsensical, and overall it's distinctly the work of a beginner. Nevertheless it has some fun moments. The guard patrols are nicely set out, fair to both ghosters and blackjack-happy thieves, and there are numerous opportunities to explore. It's well worth playing if you're in the mood for a quick ten-minute loot grab.,

Small but creepy mission:
This mission is a small speed-build level that, despite being only a half-dozen rooms or so, manages to be very unsettling and atmospheric. The abandoned, run-down house is put together very convincingly. Ambient sounds, lighting, and clutter are placed perfectly to evoke a sense of creepyness that doesn't overstay its welcome. If you're in the mood for a nice 15-minute Halloween treat, give this one a play.,

This Halloween speed-build mission packs a lot of cool stuff into a small map.
Using a mysterious local family's planned absence as an opportunity to burgle their house, you soon find things get weird and scary. Despite the fairly rudimentary architecture- understandable in a speed-build- the buildings are interconnected, with multiple entry and exit points, so the map seems bigger than it really is. Fair point, but I think there's a difference between sneaking up to an unaware target to kill him and having to fight an enemy who's scripted to be aware of you. I can deal with assassinating someone quietly; I don't want to have to battle an angry Hammer haunt.,
