This mission is a re-release of Lord Lomat's Flute (2001) that adds a cool briefing and extra loot. The mansion's layout and geometry haven't changed significantly from the original 2001 vintage.
This mission would be merely a forgettable, mediocre mansion heist if not for the fact that the guards' sensitivity has been dialed up to 11, and they jump from idle to full berserk mode with no intermediate states. Blackjacking them is nigh-impossible and even crouching down in pitch blackness a dozen yards away *still* gets you spotted occasionally.
At least in the original you could kill the guards with arrows, but the objectives now don't let you do that anymore, which downgrades the mission from merely ho-hum to an unplayable affront.
It's completely obnoxious. Avoid.
