That being said, I think Lady Rowena has left enormous legacy for entire community. If there are no tips from her, I'm sure we can learn a lot from the missions themselves.
I would recommend Lingering Whispers (from a quick glance it seems you haven't played it), the gameplay is quite compact and puzzle based. You could easily spend an hour on the puzzles alone.
Another one is The Dragon's Claw, most players get annoyingly stuck within couple minutes I think (me included). Just be aware to make some hard saves in the first mission, one of the puzzles can get bugged.
Both missions are actually high tier and visually appealing, but definitely not for everyon...

I was just now watching missions from these authors and was surprised to find that some of the missions I rated quite low (https://www.thiefguild.com/fanmissions/3667/the-library-of-babel , https://www.thiefguild.com/fanmissions/3033/from-beneath-the-sands) but what's interesting is that they're the ones I remember the most.

I see you've enjoyed my puzzle-y missions (thanks for the support!), so I can tell you my biggest influences are: Haplo, Eshaktaar, Nameless Voice and Nicked.
I gather you're already familiar with Eshaktaar, Nameless Voice and Nicked, but check out Haplo's missions! He's done some very innovative puzzle-y stuff. Among two storms is an especially unique experience, but his whole sinister awakening collection is quite good if you like puzzles (UVI, IC, OTSA, ASF).
