Ashcombe House is one of the smaller estates in the city.
Though the Ashcombes are certainly well-off, they never splurged on a grand residence — and it seems they’re perfectly content with their modest family home.
Little is known about the house’s interior.
Only through the usual tavern gossip — picked up from chatty Ashcombe servants — did you learn that the estate supposedly holds three particularly valuable items:
A famous painting, a golden serpent bracelet, and a diadem said to have been in the Ashcombe family for generations.
A small estate, a manageable number of staff and guards — and the promise of worthwhile loot. What more could you ask for?
Especially since your landlord never forgets to come knocking…
You even hired a couple of goons to dig you a tunnel into the garden.
