I'm having difficulty pawning off the Horn of Quintus, and if I don't get a buyer soon, I'll be forced into the streets. That's an option I refuse to take. Seems what's selling lately is gold and gems. Luckily, an opportunity has presented itself. Lady Gyllus owns a particularly large and uncut gem. Her husband passed away recently. Rumour has it that he was going to take the gem away from her, so she poisoned him. People are now calling the gemstone The Widow's Ire, and all the fame is making it a potential goldmine. If I can get it tonight, I'll be able to pay the Landlord six months rent.

This mission has it all: getting stuck in random bits of terrain, a huge underwater maze (combined with getting stuck in random bits of terrain), random ledges that, upon exiting a well or whatever, alert guards for free. A janky (albeit a nice idea) elevator which you have to activate by shooting a button (only works half of the time). Dead end...

from the abandoned mine arrive to the castle of widow's Ire. from the public water works to the mercenaries base. this fan campaign has a good maps with simple design which affects to gameplay. 4 huge maps but very fun to play. "Valley of the Burned" and "the Widow's Ire" are connected maps and there is an old version, but it's better to play this.

The variety of different visual styles in the Gems of Provenance campaign is really impressive. In just the first mission you'll get to visit the mountain outpost, pagan garden, deep caverns and catacombs, and the Maw Of Chaos inspired magical realm of Mysteria -- and it's only just the beginning.

It features so many environments known from original Thief levels (mansion, mines, Lost City, tombs, sewers, towers, Keepers' area, etc.) and polishes them to perfection - "Greatest Hits" with an individual tint.
