I honestly expected more since I enjoyed my time with this FM, the beginning area is like a mini city mission with a bit of verticality here and there, eventually you have to go underground to infiltrate the pit which is a sort of gambling den. There's a lot of ways to get there which involved the sewers which is a maze with strange noises at some areas making it atmospheric but is honestly repetitive in design and aesthetics so it can be easy to get lost, not to mention not having enough space to open the doors.
As for the pit, I honestly expected more from it, the only interests here is the bar and gambling room and maybe the secret in rodericks room which leads to the sealed quarter but other than that the pit is honestly pretty bland and boring when it comes to aesthetics, speaking of rodericks room, in order to progress you have to find a hidden switch in the room to be able to progress which I find poor in design. But despite that I overall enjoyed this FM, its short but challenging and can be beaten in maybe half an hour if you find the secret in rodericks room. 8/10

I think there was a pretty explicit hint present that you need to look for a secret passage in that area, so I wouldn't be overly critical of it. But other than that, I agree - the lack of any spice to make things interesting is the main weakness of this mission.
