The best way to describe the first Mystic Gems - Unlucky Soul - was... neat. It felt good to play, didn't really show issues, but wasn't that impressive either. Heart of Bohn took an elevator all the way to the topmost floors of a skyscraper, because it is amazing. The first thing I noticed was that readables no longer contain spelling errors, which was something that happened regularly in Unlucky Soul (as if someone else wrote these). But the main thing that stuck with me was the difference in scale. Heart of Bohn is a huge mission, far from a "starter mission" as I felt with the first Gems level. Impeccable atmosphere is strengthened with the use of custom ambient music. The story is impactful and interesting, because Bohn is given much more fleshing out than The City ever really got, and that in one single fan mission.
The only issue is that, apparently, a third Mystic Gems was planned. And yeah, that never came to pass. This felt really disheartening. In no way is this a flaw of the mission, however. Highly recommend it. The only actual flaw, to me, was that the loot requirement was quite steep. I spent 45 minutes finding 5 more loot.
