In the first part of the mission on "hard" difficulty you need to get an item, but on "expert" difficulty you'll need to get two more items, and in the second part of the mission on expert you need to get an item, and the loot also change between the difficult levels.

Tips:
You can blackjack the lich creatures, even if a door is locked. Its key should be near, every lake has loot, reading books can help you on your mission. There's a walkthrough included in the mission's ZIP file.
