NOTES: v1.3 - The slow-downs have been traced to the smoke effects. The smoke effects have been removed.

v1.2 - This version corrects the lag issue by deleting the tweq from the swinging sign. One objective that was not available on Expert is now available on Expert, and is optional for all difficulties. The crates now work as planned.

v1.1 - This version corrects the pixelated textures used in v1.0 and hopefully fixes
any major lag issues.

The first objective is to get the ring back. It shouldn't be too hard considering you were just there earlier and the city is completely accessible... at least until
