I've been pulled off naval duty for a special mission in our woodland campaigns against the foul
Pagans. A new leader named Kyron has arisen to lead the remnants of the tribes who are lurking in
the Woodland Hills near the river town of Libson. They have waged a campaign of harassment against
our forces and have even struck at the local Hammerites with whom they had formerly been at peace.
With the skills I've picked up in the naval forces, I'm the logical candidate for a recon mission.
My objective is to enter the area in a submarine piloted by my friends Kenkaid and Rufus. I know
I'm in good hands, but once I'm on shore I'll be on my own. I'm to locate the whereabouts of Kyron,
so he and his main forces can be captured or eliminated by our friends later. I have also been
ordered to locate and seize the pagans' assets to help eliminate sources of revenue for their war
effort (a bit taffy for my taste, but if it stops them hiring assistance from various criminal
bands in the area, so much the better). I've just been given an additional dose of strength serum
in case there is combat, but I must try to avoid drawing attention to myself if at all possible -
we don't want the pagans to know their enemies are closing in! Sadly, I'll be leaving my mace
behind to travel light, but the razor sharp combat knife on my belt will do if need be. The sub is
at the bay now, so it's time to leave...
