I can't truthfully say the mission is special, but it hits a sweet spot for rain mission with Thief 1 ambience. Recipe for Turmoil is among the less popular, but worth playing entries to the One Million Units Contest. It definitely feels shorter than Alcazar or A Midsummer Night's Heist. It took me about twenty minutes figuring out the objectives and finding the required loot. The difficulty comes not as much from the verticality, but from the fact that everything is cramped and it's hard to move around without bumping into guards or being heard by civilians.
