This is the worst rated mission on this site, and for good reason.
The author of this mission, Dront, made it back in 2005 along with a few other equally poorly received missions and released all of them in 2008. While he does have one decently rated mission to his name, he will mostly be remembered for the bad ones.
So why is this mission so bad? Simply put, it does everything possible to minimize the fun. From the screenshots alone, you can already see that the map is just one giant, empty shoebox. Everything is spaced far apart, with absolutely no detail, no furniture, nothing to make the environment feel alive. The lighting is another major issue - large areas are completely pitch black, and sometimes loot is hidden in those , forcing the player into tedious pixel hunting. To make matters worse, nearly every single door must be picked, which only drags the experience out further.
The only thing that could make the experience worse would be if the mission had been ported to Thief II, removing the ability to bunnyhop and thereby forcing players to spend even more time on travek. On top of that, one of the objectives requires you to find a holy hammer that you have to carry in your hands like a box. If you encounter a door on your way, you have to set the hammer down just to open it. Why not just put it in inventory?
Play this one only as a curiosity, just to see how bad things can get. This mission truly hits rock bottom - and the only way from here is up.
