Far too many technical problems with this one:
Carpet sounds like tile due to placement in a main hallway.
Chair sunk in floor due to poor placement.
backwards torches with misaligned light sources
Terrain that doesn't align.
Audio doubled making it hard to hear other footsteps in one zone.
2 of the objectives don't work making it not completable.
Lots of tile, although not as bad as the worst offenders.
Very bland use of the space (i.e. not filled with visuals, it's mostly long empty hallways).
There is some charm in attempts to use various ideas, but many of the issues are easily fixable and yet left in a buggy, distracting state.
