The mission design was interesting and some of the objectives and layout showed both thought and skill. However, there were some unforgivable flaws in the design.
The biggest technical issue is that the plaques and readables don't work. Not sure if the lone book I found had a clue or not because it didn't work. I was also able to bash some doors that led to nowhere (should have been indestructible or non-frobbable doors).
With the never-ending tile floors, I did not have the desire to tiptoe and reload at every gotcha, so I played this with sword drawn just to get it over with. This is not a feeling you should have when playing a game. Instead of "oooh, what is down that hall?"... It was, "wow, more tile, how original :( ".
