"Well, I've finally arrived in the ruined city. The
portal to Mereska is said to be here somewhere.
Finding it shouldn't be that hard because the
ruined city is fairly small. Most of the buildings
were destroyed long ago by an earthquake. Any
inhabitants who survived the disaster fled from the
city. It's rumored that since that time, strange
things happen there and the dead can't find final
rest.
I hope the portal is still intact. Reportedly it can
be activated by the 5 magic stones I have with me.
I need to go through this portal into the City of
Mereska and find the Cathedral. Legend has it
that the Falcon originated from the holy fire in
this cathedral and that only by this fire can the
curse be removed from the Falcon.
I have no idea what awaits me there, but I hope
this trip will be profitable. I'm sure that in such an
old, abandoned city there are still a few
forgotten treasures awaiting my arrival..."
