Morrgan (Maria Ström-Bestor)
The trouble with pagans is, there's so many sides to choose from. A few days ago one of them showed up at my door, and I should have closed it on him then and there. His tribe and another have been at each other's throats, and before the conflict worsens my pleasant pagan friend wants to get some reconnaissance. If you would seek peace, prepare for war, as they say.
Nothing too taxing it seemed: map out their warrens and learn their defences. He bought my interest with a bauble, a fine ruby that should bring a twinkle to the fence's eye. And, thought I, a little fresh air would do me good.
That will teach me to get cocky. I never even heard them coming, and one crack on the skull later I wake up in this miserable hole with a mouth full of cobwebs. Even better, they set their pet to watch over me, and he looks hungry. I hate to
disappoint my genial hosts, but it's time to get out of here before someone figures out what to do with me...
