This map is pretty beginnerish. Sound prop is wonky, torches hover six inches from the walls, brushes don't quite line up in places, and the map is basically just three square floors filled with boxy rooms.
Despite this, I didn't find the mission obnoxious at all. I though the guard patrols were fair, readables entertaining, and the loot placement tolerably good. Aside from the imbecilic name for the guy I'm meant to save, the story is a bit trite but fairly solid. Maybe I'm in a charitable mood because so many of the other early TG missions I've played recently, while technically more advanced, seemed to go out of their way to make me have a bad time. This one at least is inoffensive and plays the Thief formula fairly.
Unlike other reviewers, I had no issue with the objectives. They worked pretty much fine; even though the last one didn't tick off I was able to complete the mission without issue.
