Those of his missions I tried and finished are each pretty different in a way there is hard to find any similarities between them (also quality wise), a somewhat elusive author. But TSG stands out.
Let the YT guy who after trying to find solutions to progression puzzles in a mission live for altogether almost 7 hours straight (incidentally, Nosferatu) finally looked it up on the Internet be an example of force, perseverance and courage to you.
Some more of my personal very much likes and recommendations (takes time to recall) I haven't mentioned elsewhere yet, all of which are imo under-recognized and underappreciated here for no good reason:
The Curse of the Skull Goblet - an epic, cool and often terrifying adventure
CoSaS - Gathering at the Inn - a witty, stylish and cozy small mission (one of the best) with lots of cool stuff going on
Secrets of the Old City - some unique puzzles, generally puzzle focused but also some ...
But really - you get out of the touch area by a miniswitch in the same room w the exit and none of the other quest areas closes you in*. Give it a chance. Never rush a mission.
*I would venture a guess that this being the case here has something to do w the scripted event and how dromed handles it.
Yup keepers there have a heavy US accent for some reason *well Garrett anyway.
Favourite is hard to tell but I tend to get hooked on a mission I then play to death - right now the beginning of Ruins of Originia but overall that's also a tough one. An early unconventional miniseries.

Of the more recent missions I can wholeheartedly recommend Nest of Vipers (in case you meanwhile haven't nicked it all)
Of the older goodies still - Calendra's Legacy but new players say it's a tough one and idiots downright trash it for being supposedly too difficult. But - the lore and readables in it...
The Den is certifiably among Thief's AAA tier missions and softlocks and Korrigans are everywhere. *Especially* the Korrigans...
But I implore you to at least try Ink & Dust (Rocksbourg 3) - it's a wholly different beast from the 1st 2 parts
PS Are you sure about the touch room because you get out of there via a miniswitch
A visually stunning mission for sure (though somewhat thin on content) but it could be argued that it (along with the unfulfilled Hammerite Imperium* cycle) puts Hammers too much in the Orthodox(-like) world whereas in the OG Hammers clearly are the Catholics of Thief, ie equivalent to RL western rite.
Try The Seven Shades of Mercury (the only completed mission of said intended cycle*) or some of DarthsLair's missions for some other interesting Hammer-themed FMs
All I can say is play the mission to see for yourself - it's good (actually, both)
I haven't played through that mission so can't compare.
But on a general note as I suspect this is some kind of a catch question of the "why water is wet" type I guess there are some scenarios where a lack of objectives actually helps immersion and would be preferable to a classic "normal fm" setup - I'd say an example would be where the player's avatar's identity and whereabouts are unclear and exploration of the unknown in itself is more than enough of a goal - a classic example always ...
OK I haven't picked up that with Necro Age light gem before as I never played with that mod (never liked its visuals) but it all now seems to make perfect sense as explanation to me, thank you - on both counts... (though the strange behaviour of that woman (I've rarely seen that) still remains not entirely clear to me)
PS So I also gather the guards are supposed to be inside the palace then? As said I've seen them running likely towards the police station when I was relatively far from the...
