These guys like to think they've got power so they'll probably command a high price for his freedom. I'll have to make some coin by the end of the week." "Now, I've heard that a merchant is passing by one of the City's quarters. Perhaps I can go there and see what made him come, maybe even steal something from him. In that quarter is an astrologist's shop where he reads your fate and sells you other kinds of nonsense. People at the tavern keep talking about a special vase that he uses to tell the future.
