Briefing

Three days ago, The Free Press Public House and Restaurant was raided and shut down, allegedly for "unpaid taxes, safety and health violations." With that in mind, they won't be needing the sets of high quality block lettering used for printing their news and opinion paper anymore. Break in and steal them, but keep in mind, the Baron's men are still about to ensure no one tries reviving the so called "Free Press."

This is a very solid mission, albeit a little frustrating with the loot and objective hunt. Expert has an optional ghost objective you can ignore (I knocked out every NPC in the level, of course), and three items to find. Each of these items is hidden in a way that makes it challenging to find, particularly two of them which are behind secret do...

I played this mission this afternoon and I must say that is great and very enjoyable. The style is very close to TDP style and the atmosphere is amazing! It only took me 30 minutes to complete it so it's not a very long gameplay. The only thing I didn't like was that the last piece of loot required to complete the gem loot goal was hidden random...

AntiMatter_16 is probably my favorite active Thief FM creator. Sure, Michael's missions are humble - but, in my opinion, they are fantastic examples of how much you can do in DromEd, on such tiny scale.
