Briefing

Ever since the death of Karras, mechanists have been left without a home. While some have sorted to live a normal life in the city, hiding but a few idols in their closet, others are still clinging to the past, going door to door profiting off their technologies at the beck and call of some rich Tycoon.

Phineas Theus is one of them, his reputation precedes him. Which explains why words quickly got out when he was 'secretly' hired to work at the Blackwell Mining Company, beyond the city wall. I was tasked by their competitor to find out the work that is being done. I just need to infiltrate the compound, locate Theus' workshop and get a hold of schematics of his work.

Vendemiaire is on the simple side, it's short, well designed with a very good story. I finished it in almost one hour of play. The atmosphere of this mission is top notch nailing the industrial vibe. This is a fun smaller mission that sees you breaking into an industrial office/mine. The map is well made and loot/secret hunting feels organic. The story is well communicated through bot the environment and notes/readables.
