Air Pocket is Geep's first mission. A short experience with a shipwreck, where the player must gather their bearings... and then it ends. A little bit disappointingly short, but it's acceptable for a first effort. The map itself is well realized and detailed enough, though the exterior areas could be more fleshed out. Where the mission struggles in my opinion is with flow. On the one hand the author guides the player's experience on a firm leash, but the player is also expected to find certain items without any real hints (this was on hardest difficulty to be fair). The author did link to a document with hints, but personally I don't like to have to resort to such things as it breaks immersion. It's one thing to follow a loot list when on a perfectionist run, but being unable to progress because something is inscrutable is frustrating. That being said I am still looking forward to where this little series will head next, and hopefully we will get a fully fleshed out mission that affords the player with a bit more freedom to explore and interact with the environment!
